I fell in love with the fact that the legendary Panama Hotel in Seattle's International District is still going strong, acting as an affordable place to stay, welcoming tea room, and historical interpretive center of sorts. I wanted to give them a web presence that befits their place in the community.

I reached out to Seattle Urban Sketchers for permission to use their members' lively, heartfelt artwork across the site as a way to emphasize the connection between the hotel and the people who have spent time there over the last 100 years.
